You are entitled to revoke your contract within two weeks without reason and in writing (letter, fax, E-Mail) or by returning the goods. The period of two weeks starts upon acceptance of this notice in written form but at earliest on receipt of the goods and not before compliance of the duty to supply information according to 312e para. 2 BGB in connection with para. 1, 2 and 4 BGB-InfoV as well as our responsibility according to § 312e para. 1 clause 1 BGB in connection with § 3 BGB-InfoV. In case of a valid revocation the mutually received goods, services and payments are to be returned. If you cannot return the received goods and services or can return them only in a reduced quality, you will be liable for compensation of the loss of value. In case of surrendered goods a reduction of quality as might be expected if the goods were physically inspected in a store is acceptable. You can avoid the liability for loss of value if you treat the goods as if you are not the owner and refrain from any activity that may reduce the value.
Transportable goods are to be returned to us at our cost and risk. Goods which are not transportable will be collected by you. You will bear the cost of return shipment, if the goods supplied correspond to the ordered goods and if the price of the goods does not exceed an amount of € 40,00 or if the price of the goods to be returned was higher at the time of revocation of that which you have paid fully or you have been granted contractually agreed partial payment. Otherwise, the return is free for you. Obligations to reimburse payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The time limit begins for you with the dispatch of your revocation or goods for us with their reception. Caution: The right does not apply for audio or Video recordings (e. g. DVDs) or software if the delivered data carriers have been unsealed by you.
